Lucas Wold Joins CCVBC as Strength & Conditioning Coach

Lucas Wold and Capital City Fitness Systems will now be based out of the Silver State Athletic Center. Lucas will work with all players on workout plans, strength training, and nutrition.

New Teams Now Forming

Capital City is looking for girls 14 and under to join new teams that will start practicing in early March. Teams will play in tournaments in Reno and in the Sacramento Area. For more info please Click Here.

The Silver State Volleyball Academy is operated in conjunction with the Capital City Volleyball Club. The Academy offers a variety of clinics and other activities for boys and girls, ages 8 to 18. The purpose of the Academy clinics is to provide young people of all levels of experience and ability an opportunity to learn the game of volleyball under the direction of highly qualified instructors.

  1. Provide Each Capital City VBC player with an outline of the key words and sequence of skills that we teach all players, and...
  2. Provide Individual Players with a guide for tracking their own improvement or areas where more focus may be needed.
